What should I do when my submission was in queue too long?

I am participating a virtual contest. I have submited a submission. But I waited too long and I don't see any response. What should we do in this problem (also in case this problem was happened in real contest)? Thank you for all of your help and replies.

Informing an admin on this issue is probably the only thing we can do to get it resolved faster.

On the other side, this pretty much depends on you. In case it occurs in a contest, just keep solving other problems or doing some testing in the meantime. I did go on competing even when the contest was announced as unrated. For a virtual one, I have no idea if we can redo it later on. But if this happened to me, I would leave it to do something else.

If I'm in that situation, I will read the next problem statement (if I think that my solution is correct) or, re-read my submitted code.
