My guess is that no reasonable coordinator would accept H as a problem for Codeforces Round.
That problem is so redundant I am actually impressed it took teams 13 minutes to accept it.
It takes 13 minutes to find it among 13 long statements
first of all 11, second first submission was at 3-5 minutes i guess?
it was strategic submission .
What is even worse that 10 teams couldnt solve it, half of them are from our Arab region :(
