Is there any website which we can submit all or most of IOI problems?

Try it again. We had issues for a long time because of shitty virtualization on our VPS host or something. I migrated the site to Linode and it's much faster now.

I can give you access to a system which we are running for top Russian school participants. It has all IOIs from 2003 to 2013. Just write me your full name (to make it easier to look for you up in IOI standings), country, year of high school graduation and a password you want (you will be unable to change it manually).

Five logins were issued so far. Feel free to ask any questions you have (here, in PM or on the 'Clarifications' tab). Unfortunatelly, statements and problem names are in Russian (despite the system itself is in English), but it shouldn't be a problem to find English statements on IOI website.

I've issued nine logins so far (for everyone who have asked).
