!![BUG]!! Cheaters still having their PRE-SKIP points [Admins/Moderators, kindly check]

This user Mhmd_Bakr was recently skipped in 186942021, yet STILL in competition. So in total he solved only 2 questions in Div2 #841 with rank 4898. Yet, in his contests bar, Though it shows he solved 2, The rating change is still +87 and rank 1842 as if he had solved 3 and new rating 1345. Please, re-update this cheater's rank or skip his all 3 solutions so he gets penalised for his wrong doings! It may have also happened for other cheaters who had been skipped manually. UPD: A lot of time passed. yet his rating change and rank are not correct, I think other people's rank is harmed by this. I hope a moderator re-corrects this cheater's rank and rating change. Thanks ✪ω✪

LOL! The cheater-gang are down-voting using fake accs as blog went from +80 to +54. Actually, my contribution is still +114 which means the ill posed cheater is using temp accounts.

UPD :: The cheater deliberately down-voted one comment for redc which included his different accounts, that were SKIPPED 12 times, so let me put redc's comment content here as ID for the dumb cheater Mhmd_Bakr

@ MikeMirzayanov and all moderators here, please fix that bug it seems common and lots of time passed. Another similar case reported by Muhammad_Aneeq and Busted for Sir-Ahmed-Imran in Polynomial Round(div1+2). It's strange tho skipped, but they get the same old incremental in points before SKIP ? Please, look into it. I suggest rolling back the ratings and correct those cheater ranks as they disrupt the standings. Thanks! ✪ω✪

        12 skips are a coincidence or what? His codes are too weird, certain obfuscator, why would anyone need to comment fibonacci code in the midst of solving a problem in a live contest lol

            It means your solution had been found to be too similar to someone , getting a warning message(yes false positives can occur, but rare) or another user reported you with enough evidence and a moderator skipped you manually. It generally means cheating and after 4 skips or so, account gets banned like his past account mohamedbakr

You pinged innocent people who are in different faculties Culture and science city, Alexandria University and other than his organization FCI Kafrelsheikh university Also he previously put his photo on Mhmd_Bakr and it is not the one you mentioned

    Only 3 and 4 belong to him among with AlgoTurtle all those were assigned to his organization FCI Kafrelsheikh university

Also check for Sir-Ahmed-Imran.He was skipped from Polynomial Round 2022 (Div. 1 + Div. 2, Rated, Prizes!) but he still got 30 extra + so kindly roll back the ratings and correct it. Thankyou

    I think for any contest whose rating changes is published, Removing cheaters is already done, so for questions which didn't get a rank like 1400 or 1200, etc.. it is just slow

    Last EDU is yet to do systests, plag check and publish ratings
