Rating of last 4 rounds are rolled back and who knows if it will be returned of not. If the reason is cheaters (which most probably is) than what's the point, they will cheat again in the next round, you will make it unrated they will cheat again in the next one. The rounds are not rated. Only the last div3 round is unrated and that's because there was a mistake in the problem and not because of cheaters. As for the other rounds, ratings are only temporarily delayed and will be updated, hopefully, soon.

Sorry it wasn't a div3 round. It was problem C from Codeforces Round #846 (Div. 2). If you go to this contest, you will notice that there is no problem C. This is because the authors made a mistake and the problem was unsolvable within time constraints, so they removed it. Therefore, they also made this round unrated.

How can someone be so impatient. And who told you that round is unrated.
