Hello, community

I have an idea how to improve tournaments: let tournament authors tag the rating they think is needed for solving every problem, because of cf task rating system is quite strange... There is the 1900 task in the recent div4... I think this will help self-improvement for people who practice without a coach

    When a person pays money for smb who is more experienced for help in getting ready for contests or for another goal... It is like preparing for exams with a teacher
