[bug] Some problems are unsolvable because of lacking a language option

All problems in Surprise Language Round #8 are unsolvable after Kotlin 1.4 is not supported.

Please add a language option so it can be solved in the problem set.

There are many bugs in codeforces (like this ), but unfortunately the administrators of codeforces don't want to fix them.
