I am a woman, and I find it extremely hard to compete against others on this website since they are mostly males. Scientifically, it has been proven that women process information about three times slower than men, and women's brains tend to lose focus much more quickly than men's brains. There is a reason why companies like Google have created contests specifically designed for women.
Therefore, Codeforces needs to create contests that only women can participate in, so we actually have a chance at winning prizes. Codeforces should also implement another rating system that only includes women because it is currently impossible to get a high rank as a woman on this website when you are competing against tens of thousands of men.
If you want this website to grow, you have to make it more inclusive for all genders. Otherwise, this website will continue to be a sexist website that only supports men.
You can say to Riemann Hypothesis, "sir I am a woman, please lower the difficulty for me, otherwise it will be discrimination against me.".

Do not let such thoughts hold you back. There are women who have done lots of wonders for humanity in the intellectual arts. Instead your thought should be like- "okay so some random thing in biology has been proven related to intelligence that implies something negative about my capabilities.....well I will just believe that the scientists are wrong and in the future something else will be discovered making the current discovery wrong so these scientists dont bother me one bit. I am a competitive programmer and I will become like Elegia too". After all no one knows anything much about this world or the universe so you are free to have your own belief of whats right or wrong, beliefs that give you strength and motivation. Scientists keep debating over a million different things and there will be no end to your troubles if you started listening to all of them. Ignore those biologists/psychologists in such matters and listen to your physicist/mathematician/programmer role model instead. You are inferior to no one. I personally faced the same hurdle and was unable to achieve anything with that kind of thought process that you are going through right now but after changing my thinking to what I explained above, I am able to solve tough problems is discrete mathematics and recently on leetcode and codeforces. You become what you believe in. All the best for your journey to the top!
