Who took a place in the IOI Olympiad, please answer.

Everyone who participated in the international Olympiad in informatics (and took a place).I have a question for you, how did you prepare for this Olympiad, what algorithms did you study. What helped you?

I haven't participate in IOI but I hope I will soon. I personally think that oj.uz is a good website to practice past IOI(also APIO BOI JOI) problems? My friend who got 2 bronzes practices like that.

I believe it would be good to try out function form(like they include some header file and give you a skeleton function to write code on it) if you are only doing codeforces problems.

      I'm in the malaysia olympiad team this year. Hope to get a medal as well.

      Difference between codeforces and oi style is huge. (icpc style vs ioi style) There are subtasks in ioi, not like codeforces(which forces you get an accepted solution)

IOI is a cool Olympiad if you take a place there, then the road to many universities in the world will be open to you. And that's why I want to participate there.

I am amazed at the Chinese, they take gold in the IOI Olympiad every year. Here they are really preparing for this Olympiad, because every Chinese can participate only once.
