so ... isn't 19 : 30 bad time for contest ? we are in RAMAZAN ... i live in iran and i am moslem . i cant submit in this contest ... becaz it is Simultaneously whit EFTAR (EFTAR = sometime that is "time for eat" for moslems in Ramazan = time for azan)

code forces is russia site so ... rusia (russa or something els!) is very biiig ! soooo i think there is in russia a city that in 19 : 30 is time for EFTAR on that city!
