P.S. As I rarely participate in Codeforces contests, my rating does not reflect my actual abilities. I have advanced to the ACM-ICPC World Finals twice, and I was red in TopCoder for a while, so please don't judge me based on my Codeforces rating. :)

Nice way of improving English , I want to improve my English speaking and listening (I'm too much bad at those in comparison of reading and writing) so I want to participate.

nice initiative, btw it would be good if you can record those session and upload to somewhere for someone like me that don't have an acceptable english level and want to improve her/his skills on CP with those problems that you discussed.

If you'd like to learn Perl language basics and solve easiest contest problems, I can suggest such lessons over Skype for newbies-pupils; english or russian.
