View solutions in GYM contests by creating group(if you can't enable coach mode of course)

Don't know if this topic has already been discussed here or not, but this information might be helpful to many. It is possible to view solutions in GYM contests by anyone who can create a group. Just create a group if you don't have one already then add the contest to your group. Now as the manager of that contest, you can view any source code.

Can anyone create a group? If yes then how to do so?

    If the rules have not been updated recently, people from Div.1 only are able to create groups. You'll have a Create group option in the Group section once you acquire the ability.

Has this feature stopped working for anyone else as well? I have a group that I used to use to view solutions to unsolved problems that no longer lets me view them.
