Cannot open submission in standing page

UPD: Found a solution to this, thanks to RamTararam. If you have same problem, just clear history. I'll keep this blog post here for a while for those who have same issue.

It's been a while since I can't open submissions from standing page in Chrome now.

A few days ago, I saw rng_58's comment, and see that I'm not the only one with this issue. Though my situation is reversed: I can only open submission in Firefox (while he can only do so in Chrome).

I thought that, like some bugs that we sometimes saw in Codeforces, this will eventually be fixed, but it's been quite a time now. So now I'm writing this blog to ask if any of you have same issues? Is there a fix for this? (Maybe update some plugins like Flash, etc..). I use Chrome for everything, so it's quite annoying for me to switch to Firefox just to see submissions..

I had the same issue in Safari. The problem was

QuotaExceededError: DOM Exception 22: An attempt was made to add something to storage that exceeded the quota.

so in my case clearing browser's local storage resolved the issue

Funny because I also had this issue in last few days. Even if that can be easily locally fixed then it seems that it is not a coincidence.
