There's reasonable backgrounds of the number 58 in rng_58 and sky58. Both of the two coders went to the same grade of the same high-school. Students in the school often uses "the N-th class" to express the grade and the graduation year (whether they are competitive programmers or not.) They were the 58th class student, so they use '58' as a suffix.

Indeed, it's as misof suggests :P. I just thought about it in primary school without any deeper reasons and sticked to it :P. Marmot was kinda cool animal in those days, because of one of Milka's advertisements and a saying "a świstak siedzi i zawija je w te sreberka" (from that ad also) which almost everybody still recognizes, but I'm very surprised that I can't find a polish version of it (here is French (I guess) version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b40F820rGJw).
Btw, "świstak" starts with "ś" not "s", but on international sites polish letters are often not allowed and "świstak"/"swistak" are pretty often taken so I added additional "k" and use it often even if those are not taken for sake of consistency.

Finally I found the source of his name origin. As I said, I'm sure that 58 came from his grade in junior high school and high school.
"rng" part is short for "ringo", which means an apple in Japanese (almost every Japanese coders know it and we call him "ringo-san"). When he got in his junior high school's mathematics club, he and his friends decided to make their handle name one of fruits. He chose apple ( ringo ). Judging from some source, other students took "mikan" (satsuma orange), "nashi-ringo" (pear + apple, though I've never heard of nashiringo ) or "budou" (grape) as their handle names.

I wanted a username starting with 'X'. I googled some popular online usernames and saw something called "Grimmface" and thought it was really cool. My favourite vegetable is Tomato.
A proper Prefix of (Grimmface) + A proper suffix of (Tomato) gave Grimmato.

I can play flute pretty well, so I played at some school events, like New Year and so on. "Dudka" is a common russian/slavic word for flute. This nickname is not some sort of joke or prank or anything like that. Also there are no hidden meanings in it. It have nothing to do with fictional characters. romanova is a real person.
To prevent any wrong assumptions based on this nickname (as it is probably misleading a bit, and because of parallels with I_love_Hoang_Yen) — no, I don't have a girlfriend. Also I think that there is no reason for more detailed answer; I am afraid that it may only harm some other people.

XD the original issues which made me understanding wrong is from my pronunciation. I was pronouncing por-ter, not pot-ter :V
In spring of 2009, my team was preparing for the World Finals. As part of the preparation, we attended a training camp in Urozero. That year, only six teams were there: two teams from ITMO, two teams from SPb SU and two teams from Petr SU. We were asked to name our teams, and someone from my team picked the name Eat More, because we are from ITMO (ITMO sounds in Russian almost like Eat More in English). Then one of the teams from SPb SU named themselves Drink Less, as the opposite to Eat More.
Two years later I was the only one from my former team who still could participate in ACM ICPC, so that team was no more. I was looking for a nickname for myself and I thought that eatmore is a good choice. Both my former team mates already used different nicknames, so I thought that they wouldn't have a claim on eatmore nickname.
That's it about my nickname. For me, it is interesting why team Burunduchki (Burunduk1, Burunduk2, burunduk3) chose to name themselves like this.

I'm about to turn 25 years old, I graduated in June 2013, study degree in computer science, my rating is low because I started too late in the competitive programming (though not is an excuse), the first contact with area was when I studied the 4° years of college (the college where I studied has 8 years of being created, so also was the first contato with sports programming for the whole school), I participated in a regional, I was very wrong, then on I try to improve every day, do not really know where to start because my knowledge was very low, so I saturated with information, I began to search for any type of information they had concerning the programming, but only sought and I do not analyze, about two months ago i download a book data structures in java and I began to read it, I feel I have improved a little, but not enough to improve my rating, I am working hard to be a better person and better programmer.

It was just Counter-Strike nick. There was too many gamers in Russian pub who used "JKee" in nicknames and other symbols which you can find in my nickname now. Those players really annoyed me, and I tried to find some trolling nick for them. So, I produced this nick. If you read this like those gamers, you can read "железо", it means "iron". Some month later I found this nick attractive, cause it was my first solution of non-standard problem.

I created my username being inspired by crypto-currencies bubble inflated in 2013. Bitcoin's price was skyrocketed above 1000 USD in 2013 (and by the way, last week it went above 1000 USD again). At that time, I discovered a lot of forks of bitcoin with yet-another names with coin suffix (like Dogecoin). Some of them has amazing properties and not less amazing price chart.
So I created my username omgcoin (kinda — Oh My God Coin) hoping that my rating chart would skyrocketed one day and looks like crazy alt-coin price chart.
Unfortunately, despite all my efforts my rating chart is flat and boring while real alt-coins go up and down during that time (I'm referring to [Eth]ereum).

In november 2016 I participated in MIPT training camp (my first training camp) and on 11 November I walked with team the Perm SU Indigenous from the dorms to the canteen. I met Bohdan before (at some onsite contest) and for other teammates I presented myself like "Hello guys, I'm blue" or something like this... During the walk, I suggested a shorter way to the canteen and Bohdan said "Blue Optimized Our Way" (btw, we spoked in russian, so I translated it in english). When I got the chance to change my nickname I wanted to have something with "Blue" (something that reminds me that I'm trash), as a result, I remembered this situation.
