I really like Geany, because you can easily use the plugin have the terminal in the bottom of the window. I can quickly run some testcases I make manually and compare the output of my solution, with the correct output in just a couple of clicks.

but what about helping in coding?

geany don't help you(a lot) in coding but eclipse helps!

i don't think so but thank for commenting! :)

My choice is Codelite. It has better code completion than Codeblocks and is more lightweight than Eclipse.

Light Table and Sublime Text 3 are amazing. Furthermore, Sublime is free. Jetbrains also has software that you can get free licenses for as a student or nonprofit, etc.

No, Sublime isn't free in any form. It's current price is 70$. Just because developer doesn't try to install rootkit on your computer to enforce evaluation rules, doesn't mean they don't deserve to be paid for making a good, useful tool.

I use code::block and dev-c++, and I think that dev-c++ is easier to use.

I've got cool motivation for you to use Vim. Probably, that's the only editor which has a song dedicated to it :)

Sorry, I don't know any mirror, that's the only link for the song I know. Try to search for "Pat Blair Vim Theme Song", but I was unable to find anything except this.
