Can someone tell me what style of contest is this?

it will be ACM ICPC style but i'm not sure if it will be rated or not.

It will be a team contest or just an individual one? Anybody knows if it will be a rated contest?

    1) It will be unrated contest.

    2) You should register a team (it main contain 1-3 participants), and this team will participate in this contest.
