Alex Gunning streaming IMO 2018

IMO 2014 perfect score Alex Gunning will stream IMO 2018 solutions. Check this thread on Art of Problem Solving: https://artofproblemsolving.com/community/c6h1669224 for more info. Just wanted to share with CF community because you might be interested and more people watching this will give him more enthusiasm so this can happen again in the future.

Is he a competitive programmer on CodeForces as well ? If so, what is his CF handle ?

    LMAO. No wonder you remain a lowly specialist after so long. Your logic is rubbish.

    1. Not everyone has time to do your lame and unrealistic contests. Not to mention he is a full time student at Trinity College, Cambridge — one of the best colleges for Mathematics. There is also no information on Google to suggest that he is interested in such stuff.

    2. Not every competitive programmer has a cf handle. I know quite a handful who dont. Maybe because cf has be tainted by people who ask stupid questions like "help me debug this?", "Is it rated?", etc.

        No. 2. This is a thread about IMO upsolving. It has nothing to do with CP. But this guy managed to bring CP into the picture. Isn't that flawed logic?

            Lol. Although it is on codeforces, only relevant stuff should be discussed in the thread. E.g. we should't be asking for debugging help on CF 8 anniversary post. Get the idea?

              The relevancy of the question is in the eye of the beholder. Nevertheless, he made a question about competitive programming on a competitive programming website, so i think that´s pretty "on-topic" if you will.

                Hey, he doesn't really mean anything he says. He's just trying to get a reaction. :)

                He's apparently upset because I made an 'implication' I didn't even know I made. xD. I didn't really mean to imply all competitive programmers use CodeForces. I asked because we're on CodeForces. I guess he repeatedly read my statements till he found something to get offended by and make an issue.

    There is a collapsed thread attacking ghoshsai5000 for asking about CF handle. I have no idea why this sometimes happens, but if you wish to see it, you can view ghoshsai5000's comment in page inspector tool and remove "display: none" from the child comment thread style.
