Locally hosted online judge needed

Hi all. I recall there used to be a very useful tool for hosting local acm-like competitions — contester. However the link appears not to be working. In case someone knows an updated link, or knows about an alternative (preferably locally hosted, but any system where i can set problem statement and generated tests will work) — please share. Kudos from me.

HackerRank allows you to prepare your own problems and contests for free, I've prepared +30 contest in this site. Once you are logged in, click on your username (top right corner) and go to Administration. There you can set problems and later include those problems in a contest.

    Hah, that one's pretty good. A2 also caught my attention, you can gather problems from other platforms, but hackerrank allows own problems too, which is pretty dope. Thanks!

DOMJudge and DMOJ might be what you are looking for (DMOJ even supports Windows).

I've recently used group with domain to host local competition on CodeForces. Worked like a charm.

We use ejudge since 2012 and didn't have any problems. But it's better to have a separate computer for it (and only for it).
