And give me some strategy so that I can solve A, B, C during contest time.At presentmy knowledge is like just solve cfdiv2 A type and easy B. Thanks a lot. Sorry for my really really poor english :)

I suggest solving Codeforces Div. 2, x ladder instead of rating ladder. Note that you have to create an account and your account should be verified to use the ladder
The thing is, there is no "bunch of problem list for solving cf div2 A, B, C during contest time." just like there is no magic set of questions to do for aceing every exam (let me know if you find the latter).
You just got to learn to be creative and have a good amount of standard algorithms/problem solving techniques in your head. Thereafter speed determines the result. Of course, there are certain "topics" that appear quite often in div 2 A, B, C and some that never get used at all. What is this list? I'll leave this as an exercise for you.
After 3 contests, I have finally reached blue. I would recommend reading online tutorials
The count seems to be in double digit.
To become blue, you need to learn a programming language.

In fact, getting to blue is what 80% of the codeforces user didn't make through.
You should have gone for red.

You were 'slow but determined' while increasing your rating but seems like Google made you pretty fast in decreasing your rating xD
Google made him red coder (7 star ) also...(*not actually google but his own efforts !!)
Just solve more problems and believe in yourself , and you will be much stronger.
I am Newbie from 2 years with my real id. I always upsolved A,B,C,D after contest which I cant solve during contest time. What the reason?
