Hello, Codeforces! Do the notes really help to solve problems faster?I have a doubts, because when I solve problems without doing notes, it takes as much time as when i do notes.

Specify what exactly you mean by "doing notes"?

To me, this question seems really strange. Writing something down is not something I do as a strategy because someone told me to. I write things down when I need to, and it feels very natural to use paper as part of the thinking process.

Maybe you have greater memory than I do. It's also possible that you are solving problems that are relatively easy for you, where you don't need to think that much. Your submission history is short so it's not possible to judge that.

I don't think it can hurt.

I become very irritated when I can’t use papers, even in some easy problems. Isn’t it true for most people?

Our brains are not made to store things, but to think and generate ideas. so yeah, writing helps.
