topcoder has 2-3 rounds in a month, atcoder holds once in a week, but CF has many rounds in a week. Just in my opinion, CF should limit the round numbers to control the contents levels and quality.

I completely disagree.

1.) More rounds means that a lot more people can compete. For example, if I can't make a Topcoder round because I am too busy working on my podcast "The Bencil Sharpeniro Show," then I won't be able to do another Topcoder round and make red for the rest of the month. Whereas, for Codeforces, a lot of rounds means that even if I miss a few I'm able to compete.

2.) The main argument for fewer rounds is quality. But the thing is, there are enough problem writers to the point where lowering round count doesn't change quality -- it just prevents some problem writers from creating problems. Essentially, there's no change in content level because there is enough quality content, it's just being delayed because there aren't enough contests to make up for it.

3.) More contests mean more problems, and more problems are good. It's that simple.

Regarding 2, it is hard to define "low quality". Do you think having cool but famous trick as a problem is good? More rounds are definitely beneficial to people who have just started. However, it is also often that Div1 problems are boring/reusing dumb tricks ( no offense but maybe you can't judge whether the div1 problems are good ) Overall, I think the current situation is fine. If we eliminate all boring problems, then it is hard for beginners (or even Candidate Masters trying hard problems) to improve.

Regarding 1 and 3, if the average quality is too low, then people might stop doing CF. A lot of IGMs and LGMs stopped doing CF because they rarely find a problem on CF interesting. But as mentioned above, I think the quality is fine currently.

The contest density is not balanced. A contest every second day from 1 June to 11 June and no contest for the next 10 days.
