Although I am a specialist and thus have many contests to participate in, I feel bad for our div1 friends who haven't had a rated contest in almost a month... on any platform!! (codeforces, atcoder, topcoder...)
I feel very bad for them, so can someone please write a contest for them?

afaik, there are a few Div.1 contests currently in queue right now. So it's up to the coordinators to decide whether they should prepare a Div.1 round or not.
