How Can I Improve Myself?

I am new at programming and I am studying at high school. I don't know how to improve myself. I only can solve Div 2 A and B and A B C at Div 3. How should I work? Does solving problems making me better? Please help.

Try to upsolve as much as possible which you dont solve during contest time. Like you can solve A,B. Try to solve C and D after the contest within 1-2 hours. Happy coding. :)

To improve yourself, u should drink it, before each contest
