Hello,
as you may probably know, Atcoder Regular Contests 1-58 are only in Japanese. I'd like to ask, if anyone could provide translation of them, especially ARC 1-58 E,F tasks.

try to spend your time in google translate instead of creating an account for useless things
Automatic translation is now better than ever before but still is not about very high quality. Especially when texts from specific area are considered. Chances of getting unreadable chucks of text and misunderstanding of details raise significantly comparing to human-verifyed translation. So, I cannot agree that searching for normal translation is "useless things".
I suggest to create something as a collaborative repository to hold translations (or maybe just a short description of the problem) based in automatic translations, I think this could helpful to you and easier to be achieved.
I'll just leave this here: Unofficial AtCoder Translations on GitHub
