IOI 2013: Contestants (yet again)

Initially I wanted to post it as a comment, but because there are already three threads about it, decided that I don't want to post three comments and should do a post instead.

So, I've finally updated the functionality of IOI Database and now there is IOI 2013 with a status of future olympiad. So, no results and tasks. Also participations in future olympiads doesn't count to country statistics and hall of fame, until the olympiad is concluded. So, the list of IOI 2013 contestants is available here. It already includes all the contestants I've seen in CF threads with the exception of Czech Republic due to the submitter not knowing the team for sure. I will update the contestants from all 4 threads on CF (I would like to say 3, but someone will post the team here, even if I ask to not post any teams in this thread to keep this information on CF spreading to minimal amount of places. I'm asking now, by the way), but you can also add teams or edit handles (like TopCoder ones) directly in the database.

I would also like to note that the contestants table is also available for every past olympiad. And yes, it's still not full in some years.

    Yes, unfortunately I cannot easily mantain that functionality, since I do have to scan that info on external websites (CF and TC). Furthermore, I would have to do so in retrospective to the past IOIs — get not the current color but the color at the time of any given IOI. So, while it's cool, I've decided it's too much of a problem (I would have to go to fetch some data from TC just to get a handle, which later might change at any point) and links in the table is a good and effective solution. But hey, I'm not suggesting destroying all the other posts. :)

        Also some users don't participate on Codeforces often, so the codeforces handle color doesn't make much sense for IOI

I can't simply assume that everybody have the same CF and TC handle. If you know some handles that isn't in the list, you may add them in eduardische's database http://ioi.eduardische.com/contestants/2013 , or in this TopCoder forum http://apps.topcoder.com/forums/?module=Thread&threadID=789728&start=0&mc=5#1739944

    thanks for your effort.

    and not everyone have same handle both in CF and TC,but maybe most contestants equalize the handles, so I think it is clear that the owners of handles existing both in CF and TC are same,so probably you can add some names on the list.

There are only two countries (Russia and Japan), each participant of which is registered on both Codeforces and Topcoder

    There are only two countries for which I know both TC and CF on every participant. The key word is "know", the table is surely incomplete, because most of the info comes from CF threads and there are only CF handles there.
