I have a question regarding the speed with which top performers like ..all top rated coders on codeforces or various sites just finish a competition in half an hour which is of 3 hrs …..how one can develop this much speed Thank you in advance

still i am curious how do pople submit so fast, is there any kind of script,because i see people submitting code in 0th minute.I know it is possible if question is short or directly jumped on input/output.but still if anyone could put light on automation of submission that would be great help. Actually i use sublime for editing, and I want to create button on main menu to submit code directly if entered the contest code before the contest and I could fetch the verdict, if there is anything similar already made, or if anyone could help me how to do this.
