You can do this! You just need to be in Saint-Petersburg, Russia on 3rd of July, 2013.

Also, you need to register before the Finals through
registration form and pick up your badge on the registration deck of Jubilee Sports Palace.

Small clarification: if one registers through this form, is it only possible to attend events on July 3, or does this also work for other World Finals days, e.g. July 2?
