rating changes of codeforces round div 2 646.

have the rating changes been rolled back for yesterday's div 2 contest.my rating reverted back to original one

That's usual situation happening recently. Btw does anybody know reason of it? I was thinking it's because Mike publishing rating changes without removing cheaters.
