Can someone please tell me how can I become expert from specialist? Means what are the concepts and algorithms should I learn new or practice more?
What type of questions should I practice more? And what are the best sources to learn new algorithms?

Solve 1600+ problems and when you face some unknown algorithm in these problems, learn it. You may not agree me 'cause of rank, but this is what high-ranked people say.
Actually, I will have a bigger rating than you after the contest ends (hopefully all 3 problems will pass) so take my advice.
