Am i the only one who thinks that the upcoming contests are scheduled way too apart and also very less in number

I mean next div 2 contest is a week ahead.

The main reason why many enjoy competing on codeforces is because of the contest frequency. so even if someone have a bad day he can gain lost ratings in a day or two

It is better to have good contests once a week, that have bad contests every day.

The list of upcoming contests is not final. Most contests are usually added about a week before they take place. So just because there is a big gap between Technocup Round 2 in November and Technocup Round 3 in December does not mean there won't be any contests in that period.

Setting a contest requires a large amount of effort from the setters, testers, and coordinator. Problem ideas need to be approved. testdata made and tested in multiple languages.

Its not something that can be reproduced often.

Finish all other virtual contests and then ask this question. Preparing a contest isn't easy anyways..

There are a couple of contests each weak lately, sometimes more.

That's quite a lot if you ask me and it seems it is more frequent than before
