Some of my submissions are stuck since morning and I am unable to submit the contact form to them.

So trying here to see if anyone here knows what's the status?

Everyday UVa becomes unavailable around 2:00 UTC+2, and comes back around 7:00~8:00 UTC+2, which is a reasonable time when a Spanish gets up. But it seems that every 9 months, this pattern briefly breaks down.
