Hello Everyone! This is Aryan here. I am 14 years old. I am currently in 10th grade! I was looking out for Olympiads for students of my age and found out about IOI. I have no past history with any form of Programming (except for scratch and Q basic that we did in school).
To start off with I did a 9 hour c++ tutorial from basic to advance videoand also did a c++ certification on solo learn.
While looking for other resources I found out about codeforces so I made an account! I saw many people who had earlier given IOI and performed well in it are also present on the website and so I wanted to ask the experienced people and the ones preparing for IOI what I should do next.
I searched up on you tube and google and found answers guiding on starting competitive programming and not IOI in specific. Thanks in advance!

Thanks tdpencil and Cash_carti_bitch for answering! I feel that I was unable to ask my question in words. I wanted to ask how to practice. On the internet I found tons of blogs on how to practice Competitive Programming, but none on how to practice for IOI specifically. So I wanted to ask how to practice for IOI with the amount of knowledge I currently have!

Thanks chuka231! I am new here. Do you recommend someone I can reach out to?

It really depends on how much experience you have had with competitive programming. E869120 has some good blogs on how to practice in general, and his tactics for IOI. You are still young, so just practice for the next few years. Good luck.

If you are really aiming IOI, that means you have to be top 4 from you country. I mean you can check last year's result and your national olympiad result in order to find the best schools and teachers in you country. I am not saying you can't train yourself but in general it's really hard to became top level in short time. https://stats.ioinformatics.org/results/2020
