I would like to request the atcoder administration. Please reconsider your contest time (evening in this indian subcontinent). We the contestant have a lot of work to do in the afternoon and atcoder hosts contest in the afternoon. If you please host the contests 2 hours earlier or 2 hours later,we could participate easily.

You can downvote if you wish.But you can't deny the fact.Contest time in Atcoder is not suitable for India
AtCoder is based in Japan, not India.
I know brother. But as there’s a large number of participants want to participate in Atcoder ABC and ARC, only because of the contest timing we miss the real time contest(Can do virtual but that doesn’t give the same feeling). So if the time is neutrally fixed,a lot of participants will find it beneficial
I'm in the US, and I can't make AtCoder contests either, but AtCoder cannot accommodate all time zones.
how can you define whether a period of time is neutrally fixed?
