Do companies in your country give equal opportunities to everyone?
Do companies in your country hire based on skill or college and gender?
Would you join a company which require you to be enrolled into some particular universities or to be a girl?
What's your country?
it's not for people from south asia
college se pahle sc/sc quota college/company me chut quota
this is honestly the worst country ever, till the moment you are born and before your die. All we do is just compete against quota.
The real reason why most Non-Tier 1 never reach good rating or level in CP is because in our pre-final year we are forced to leave CP in order to struggle and find a job.
I'm glad i immigrated to Europe after my bachelors.
Most of these FAANG companies people are craving about have become simps totally, all they need is girls, iitians and if some openings are left then people with referrals. Seriously tho, this country is sick.
Cant Agree more buddy :_:
LMAO, your username.
Did you went for masters or did your company assigned you to Europe.
I was unable to get a job in India :(
I tried really hard, but no luck. I got depressed and joined a startup just to earn some money. While most of my douche tier 1 friends got placed at Amazon, Microsoft, Google (India ofc)
After an year of savings i moved to Germany for masters, and now i have a job with much better pay and better life and ofc PR.
The real reason why India will never develop is because it doesn't give priority to skill and talent but rather college tier and gender, and that's why it'll always remain a developing country.
I get it why do you hate this country but I read your comment a few weeks back that you were still in 3rd year and willing to participate in ICPC Amritapuri prelims and here you are stating that you got a better job in Germany. It seems that you have deleted that comment.

Why do such quotas in India even exist? Are companies forced by the government to have them or is it decided by management in some way? Or is it some other completely different reason?
He said a question for people not living in South Asia and all comments are from Indians lmao
