TIME PROBLEM

Hello!codeforces!

Everyone know there were a lot of chinese people(also me).If you are in china and want to rated the contest,you must rate it very late(22:35~0:35),and some of that were students that have to go to school from Monday to Friday,and maybe these students can't pay attention to the teacher.On the other hand,their parents will not let them rate the contests because its too late and can't grow high.

So,I beg codefoeces can do the every contest earlier. And if codeforces do this all of the people in china who login codeforces will be happy.

Understand that for Japanese coders its 23:35 when the contest starts. Yet hardly none complaints. Adapt yourself.

Agree! I think it's a very bad things in codeforces and hope it can change later.
