Solved problems appearing as new ones

I've recently been facing this problem where some problems that I've already solved before appear as new ones. It doesn't say Accepted and I can't find my old submissions in the "My Submissions" tab, "Status" tab or the problem itself. The only tell that I've solved this problem before is the green colour on the contest dashboard. This has happened several times over the past month.

Please tell me if you're facing this problem too.

u probably had solved those in private mashups.

Since some questions are common to both Div 1 and Div 2. You probably have solved the problem in one of the divisions and when you view the problem in other division it will show it as unsolved but it will show it as solved in Contest Dashboard. e.g. Problems C,D,E,F in contest Round 712 div 2 correspond to problems A,B,C,D in contest Round 712 Div 1.
