Take a look at https://codeforces.com/contest/1591/submission/138874533, 138874829, 138874999, 138875499, 138875667, 138875761, 138875847, 138876598, 138877147, 138877547, 138877316, 138877848, 138876176, 138877972, 138876381. There seems to be something weird, eh? I haven't seen such interest in classic literature from programmers in a loooong time.
I mean, I'm as annoyed about blogs calling out cheaters as everybody else. But it's pretty funny that nobody comments about sixteen accounts occupying ranks 22-40, with submissions in every problem at the roughly same minute, and with fairly obvious signs of cheating.
On a more serious note, these cohorts of cheaters can probably silence out any blog/comment wrote against them with downvotes due to their numbers — and I have a feeling they have done so before, as I've seen mass downvotes (barely turned by mine and some friends' upvotes, and even then not enough to achieve attention) on comments calling up this specific individuals. So I guess sorry but I really need to beg for upvotes to make sure they don't kill my blog. (Thanks for helping if you did upvote.)
I understand that it's impossible for the plagiarism checker to catch such kind of codes.
But why does MikeMirzayanov just ignore them after knowing that they clearly cheated by adding meaningless comments to their codes?

So this nitin_05 is a very big cheater and thanks for finding him out.His deeds and the proof is clearly visible in the following images:-
This is a conversation where he says that he is from LPU
Here we can see that the profile pic and the college matches
Given all the proof above and the fact that his codes are plagiarized (what this blog shows above and also all his submissions have useless comments and code inserted), clearly shows that these two ids are of the same people and not someone impersonating him, So his account should be instantly banned as these kind of people care very much about their rating.
And he knows that he won't be caught.
*thinks
and (surprisingly) he did.
It's ridiculous to think that it is surprising.
Lets help him impress his future employers. We can crowdsource some money and create a protfolio website stating all of his achievements. This website shoul be the 1st result when someone searches "Nitin Singh Rawat Lovely Professional University". BTW this fool has already changed his lastname from "Rawat" to "Rajput".
Here's his other profiles: https://web.archive.org/web/20211213113852/https://www.codechef.com/users/nitin_05

I don't know whether Codeforces has some automatic plagiarism detector but preprocessing codes in a way that you erase all comments and empty lines from the code would detect such cases. Of course this is only a single type of cheating and if such solution was implemented, they will stop adding comments and instead add redundant code, rename variables etc. They will always find a way to cheat, sad.
I agree, unfortunately. But the more sophisticated plagiarism detector will be — the more effort/time the cheaters will need to put into it to not get caught — the less peoples will do that and the less points they will receive even if they do. I see that as a good application of 80/20 principle. And if with such a little things as removing comments/whitespaces before comparing solutions we can caught at least half of the cheaters and make life harder for another half — we should definitely do that!
And Don't forget nitin12384 he did live stream on YouTube during the contest and leaked first three solutions.
It's not just possible — it's actually pretty easy. But not for everybody, right, CodeChef_admin?

I didn't clean contest from cheaters yet. Please, wait for a little.
No problem. I'm merely amused.
Does this mean the rating change is going to be recalculated again? If I'm correct, the number of people who got on top of me affect my performance in the round. If some cheaters are removed. Does this mean the rating changes will change? or just stay the same? UPD: Yes, it got recalculated. :)

Now You Know There are more of us
He just very big fan of Shakespeare
I don't understand why people cheat. Does Codeforces rating help them directly somewhere or are they spamming the coding platforms :/
it helps them getting referral for off-campus placements
