hey, i have a question, in order to become better in competitive programming, do i need to practice on other online judges or codeforces is enough? when i try to practice on more than online judge i waste a lote of time and usually i become overwhelmed

You can go to a great level by practicing on CF. Just ensure that you are learning and applying new concepts for solving different types of questions.
