There are many tools to notify you of submissions, but none of them work well for me.

So I wrote my own one.

It was quite easy to use and it worked well.

UPD:Added sound support!

I need some feedback. Please report your using experience in the comments.

UPD:Added automatic installer. Configure & install in less than 1 minute!
