If a CF problem states that no of test cases = 10000 and the time limit mentioned at the top of the problem is 2s , does that mean t = 2s is the time limit for each test case ? For example in the problem given below , the time limit mentioned is 2 seconds , does that mean that each testcase has 2 seconds to pass ?
