Hi, I am completely new here. In last contest, Codeforces Round 674 Div 3, I submitted problem A, but it failed some testcases. And after the contest, i found a solution elsewhere and submit it and got accepted. But my rating increased, but WHY?? Was that because of hacking phase running while the problem got accepted??
