Help needed I guess

Since I started CP seven months ago, I have been stuck in gray color and I have had below 1000 rating. I felt that I needed to do something about this, but I am still having trouble. I feel like the more I try to get better, the worse I become.

Please send me some help, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Most of the problems you solved are (800-Rated) (I have a browser extension that shows it)
You need to get out of your comfort zone and start solving about 70 problems from each rate above 800
It's ok to read editorials
always participate in contests
keep doing that and you'll get better and better

bro you just solve problem 800-rated, you need to solve problem about 1000-1500 Rated to go to Pupil, and have a good performance
