Can you share with some strategies during IOI style contents?

After IOI contest I always have feeling that could get better results.

How to write IOI contest on maximum of your abilities?

think about fast and easy points and solve on every problem than do problems by level and if you has not for 30 minuts go to other problems

    Getting easy points can take time sometimes it's better to think about the whole problem?

I went to ioi 2022 and most people agreed in thinking for the first half or so and then start coding
