There's system bug in hacking phase?

In the recent educational round, there's a hacking attempt still in "waiting" situation, despite the open hacking phase has ended for 10 hours, which caused system test phase cannot start. Is there any bug of hacking system? Please fix it quickly I'm impatient to be orange ↵
