Why the rating leaderboard is not updating?

It has been 5 days since the last contest, and about 4 days since the ratings wereTwo rated contests have been finished after rating leaderboard was last updated.  But still, the [leaderboard](https://codeforces.com/ratings) is showing old ratings.  Usually it takes a day or so after rating changes, but this time it's already about 49 days, but no update.↵

Is there something wrong in the rating page?  Or is it me who isn't enough patient enough?I don't feel it to be a normal behavior.
