Ratings of the Round #740 Div1 are still rolled back, and they have not been returned for about 20 hours (as far as I know). Isn't it a bit unusual? Since in previous rolling backs rating had been return in a few hours, whereas in this contest ratings are rolled back for about a day.↵

In the end of this blog, I wished to ask way happens to your rating when a contest coincides with the rolling backs? For instance, if a contest is supposed to be unrated for you but because of rolling backs it is not, will you be unrated in the contest after the ratings have returned? ↵
