Hello! I'm glad to announce The 2nd Universal Cup. Stage 10: Harbin, which will be held on November 18th, 2023.

The Regionals of the ICPC in the Asia East Continent and the CCPC National Sites have been taking place. The following stages of the Universal Cup (including Stage 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 22) are all based on the ICPC Asia East Regionals/Semifinals and CCPC Sites/Finals. The schedule might be adjusted if there are possible conflicts with those regionals.

This contest is prepared by Fudan University, which has already been used as The 9th China Collegiate Programming Contest Harbin Site.
