Hello codeforces,

Its been almost a 2 years on this platform for me and I'm still not a consistent purple. I've solved around 100 problems >=1900 rating but i still am not able to stay in cm(even with all this 'inflation'). Yesterday was my good chance to finally go deep into cm but i screwed it up as usual not even reaching cm. It was extremely depressing and i cried for an hour at home and even started feeling suicidal again :(

Can anyone suggest any ways of coping with these failures? I've managed well until now but yesterday was tough. Apart from that can anyone suggest why i may be choking in these contests?
