now I don't know how the cheating algorithm looks like but apparently it's not good enough specially in the two codes of problem 'D' which seems very identical.

I have found this user MrRight by chance.. this man's solutions in Looksery Contest are all skipped but magically he still rated for this contest, you can see that here and I think there are many others like him any clarifications?
