Codeforces uses the Mathjax library to format mathematical equations, and if you view network traffic on your browser, you will see that when trying to get the Mathjax library it is not getting anything back :(. So mathjax library is not being loaded.

Also, I have found a fix. Visit https:// cdn-mathjax dot codeforces dot com/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS_HTML-full and then reload your codeforces tab and it should fix it, it worked for me.

First step to finding solutions like this is to open developer tools in the browser and looking for errors in the console.

Yes, that is because the ssl for cdn-mathjax dot codeforces dot com has expired, so your browser thinks that it is unsafe, and you have to tell your browser that you trust it (Usually by clicking "proceed").

Hello, I'm not able to open this site, and I get Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT for Mathjax.js on my console. Anyone experienced this? Any help please?

This problem seems now happening again caused by the SSL certificate not matching with the host name
